Welcome to Advancement Career Coaching (ADCC). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. ADCC is a subdivision of MacMerk Consulting. This is categorised into two: Client Specific terms and conditions, and general website use terms and conditions. Both conditions apply to all our clients. Please read them carefully.

A. Client Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Advancement Career Coaching offers professional career coaching and development services tailored to individual needs. Services may include resume reviews, interview preparation, career coaching and related consultations.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and consultations.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

• Protect our intellectual property

• Do not share any part of materials from ADCC with others as materials are tailored to suit you and only you.

3. Payment

• All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services. In exceptional case, we provide a payment plan. If you would like a payment plan, contact us by email on contact@adcareercoach.com

• Payment methods include apple pay, Mastercard, google pay, visa card payment and bank transfer

4. Appointment Policy

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance. For some services, we have service specific conditions around this. Ensure you check this before making payment.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of one session.

• Appointments can be cancelled. See our refund and cancellation policy.

• Lateness to a session is not tolerated. After 15mins of no show during a session, the session is cancelled and will be deducted from the remaining sessions.

5. Disclaimer

• No Guarantees of Specific Outcomes:

  Career coaching is a collaborative process. While we are dedicated to providing you with valuable insights, tools, and guidance to help you achieve your career goals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, salary increases, or career transitions.

• Your Active Participation is Essential:

  The success of your career coaching journey depends significantly on your active participation and commitment. This includes consistently applying the strategies and techniques discussed during our sessions, completing assigned tasks, and making proactive steps towards your career goals.

• Freedom to Choose:

  You have the complete freedom to accept or reject any advice or guidance provided by our coaches. Our role is to support and empower you, and the final decisions regarding your career path always rest with you.

6. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Advancement Career Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the coaching services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific coaching program. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Netherlands

B. General website use terms

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the general use of ADCC's Website, located at https://adcareercoach.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Advancement Career Coaching if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
