Refund policy

1.General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to tailored plan creation: If you cancel before we begin creating your customized plan (which will be completed within a maximum of 2 days before your first session with us), you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Cancellations after tailored plan creation: Once a tailored plan is created for you for any of the service packages, a cancellation fee of 50 euros will be charged.
- You may cancel within 5 days of plan creation without further penalty.
- After this period, no refunds will be issued.

2. Payment Plan Cancellations

Project Management Accelerator Program:
- If you cancel 48hours before the first session is due, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- If you cancel after the first session, no refunds will be issued for that instalment paid.
- Subsequent instalments will be automatically canceled.

1. Refund Policy for Additional Services

No refunds are available for Additional (or add-on) Services as work typically begins immediately after purchase (i.e CV makeover only, Interview preparation only, tailored interview Q&A e-booklet).

2. Exceptions

We may consider partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen medical emergencies or job loss.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A down payment of at least 50% is required before we create your customized plan for the regular and premium packages.
The remaining balance must be paid before you receive your CV or the completion of the agreed-upon deliverables.
For the Project Management Accelerator Program, you can pay in 3 equal installments. For payment plan, contact us via email.
